We use Vertical Logistics courier service for shipping of all NZ Orders.
For International deliveries (including to Australia) we use DHL courier service. Delivery times are listed above and are an estimate only.
By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that French Freddie is not liable for any delay in delivery and any package inquires need to be directed to the courier service as listed on your tracking email you will receive. The above Delivery times may be updated at our discretion at any time where necessary.
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
After ordering, you'll receive a purchase confirmation email. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a second email with your tracking number.
CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES:
Each country differs in what they charge so it is best to contact your local Customs Office to understand these fees before purchasing from us.
Should you need to return an item, we are unable to refund any duties and taxes paid.
Australian orders over $1,000 AUD are liable for duties and taxes but please contact your local customs office for an estimate.
French Freddie is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charges and duties incurred. This will need to be paid for by the recipient directly to Customs Service before the parcel is released for delivery.

Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Any online purchase returns may only be made via our contact page and not at any local stockists unless the item was purchased from there. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
We're so sorry if you receive a faulty garment. Returns will be accepted on any faulty garments within a reasonable timeframe. If an item is faulty, you may request an exchange for another item, a store credit or a refund if the situation cannot be remedied through the other ways.
Please email us to make us aware of the situation. You may then send the garment back to us. The result of this will be decided by French Freddie. This must happen within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item. Items may only be exchanged for other items on FrenchFreddie.com. Exchanges for online purchases may only be made via email and not at any French Freddie stockists. Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
